Tree upgrade

The tree will shortly be undergoing an upgrade, in two parts.
The first is an upgrade to the software that runs the show (PhpGedView), which has seen several improvements since it was first used on this site.
The second is an update to the gedcom data for the tree itself - including a number of new details I've received recently.
